    • Think engagement + re-purpose media
    • Minimum of 5 steps - more - higher mark for this session
  • What role does social media play in helping a hotel 'share' positive reputation?
    • Find + include and image that expresses social media role in enhancing reputation
  • Review the social media tools linked above
    • How do they help a hotel/business?
    • How much do they cost?
      • Does a hotel need both a Reputation Management system + Social Media Management platform?
        • Explain - Why, why not
